費用及付款Fees & Payment

  • 個人報名費用港幣 $1200。三位或以上考生嘅團體報名為 $800 一個人：請先電郵至 [email protected]申請，獲批後喺「團體報名」表格填寫團體優惠代碼。Individual registration is HK$1200. For groups of three or more the fee is HK$800 per person — please email [email protected] to apply, then enter the group discount code in the Group Registration form.
  • 付款方式：信用卡／借記卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、支付寶 Alipay、微信支付 WeChat Pay
  • 付款提交報名表前，請務必再三確認資料正確。如須於成功報名付款後更改資料，本會將收取港幣 500 元正嘅行政費用Please check your details carefully before paying. Changes after a completed registration incur a HK$500 administrative fee.
  • 考試費用不設退款、不得改期及不得轉讓，包括缺席或退出Fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable, including withdrawal or absence.
  • 費用包含除中國大陸地區以外證書寄送郵費；中國大陸地區考生須另付順豐到付郵費，具體金額取決於寄送地址Certificate postage is included except for Mainland China, where SF Express charges are payable on delivery.

考生資料

Candidate Information

姓名同出生日期必須按照應考時出示嘅身份證明文件填寫，否則考試資格會被取消，不設退款。Your name and date of birth must match the identity document you present at the examination; otherwise your candidacy will be cancelled, with no refund.

因過往多名參加者反映郵件攔截、拒收等問題，本會拒絕 @qq.com 報名，且強烈建議避免使用 @163.com、@126.com 等中國大陸郵件服務商。 電郵係本會與考生聯絡嘅主要方式，請務必確認電郵地址正確。如因郵件服務商限制而導致嘅通訊失敗（無法收到證書、考號、測試 Zoom 連結等），本會恕不負責。Due to past reports of blocked and rejected mail from our candidates, we do not accept @qq.com addresses, and strongly advise against @163.com, @126.com and other Mainland China mail providers. Please make sure your email address is correct. The Association is not responsible for any communication failure (unable to receive certificates, candidate id, test Zoom links, etc.) due to email service limitations.

Consent Form

HKCALA – COPE 考試報名條款及細則HKCALA – Terms and Conditions for Entering the COPE Examination

請在提交報名前仔細閱讀以下內容。當閣下簽署同意及完成付款，即表示已閱讀、明白並同意以下所有條款及細則。Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application. By filling in this consent form and proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out below.

1. 報考資格 Candidate Eligibility

考生必須於考試當日年滿18歲或以上。Candidates must be 18 years of age or above on the examination date.

申請人須確保於報名前符合所有資格要求；如事後發現不符合資格，考試將被取消，費用不予退還。Applicants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements. If a candidate is later found to be ineligible, the examination will be cancelled and the fee forfeited.

2. 報名確認 Confirmation of Application

提交網上表格後，申請人將收到系統自動發出的確認電郵。Upon submission of the online form, applicants will receive an automatic acknowledgement email.

HKCALA 會於考試開始日前至少 7 個工作天發出正式報名確認及考生資料。An official confirmation of entry will be issued by HKCALA at least 7 working days before the exam date.

若未能於時限內收到確認，請立即電郵至 [email protected]。If confirmation is not received within this period, applicants should contact [email protected] immediately.

3. 排期及時段分配 Scheduling and Allocation of Examination Slots

考試時段按先到先得方式分配，名額滿後即止。Examination slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once full.

確認後，申請人不得更改已分配的時段。Once confirmed, applicants cannot alter the assigned time slot.

4. 個人資料更改 Change of Personal Information

於確認後更改個人資料需繳付港幣500元行政費。An administrative fee of HK$500 applies to changes made after confirmation.

5. 考試通知 Examination Appointment Notification

考試日期、時間及應試資訊將於考試前至少 7 個工作天以電郵發出。Details of the candidate’s appointment (date, time, access arrangements) will be emailed at least 7 working days before the exam.

若未於上述期限內收到通知，申請人必須於考試日前聯絡 HKCALA。If the appointment message is not received within this timeframe, the applicant must notify HKCALA before the exam date.

6. 退款、改期及轉讓 Refunds, Deferrals, and Transfers

考試費用不設退款、不得改期及不得轉讓，包括缺席或退出。Examination fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable, and non-transferable under all circumstances, including withdrawal or absence.

未能出席者須重新報名及付款。Candidates who cannot attend must submit a new application and payment.

7. 因病缺席 Absence Due to Illness

如因病缺席，須於考試日期起30日內以電郵形式通知本會並提交醫生證明。If illness prevents attendance, a medical certificate must be submitted to HKCALA by email within 30 days of the scheduled exam.

經批准後，可於最多12個月內重新報考，並須繳付當時報名費之50%。Upon approval, re-entry within a maximum of 12 months is permitted, subject to payment of 50% of the current entry fee.

8. HKCALA 取消或改期 Examination Cancellation by HKCALA

如因技術故障、考官病假或其他不可預見情況需取消或延期，HKCALA 會盡力重新安排。In the rare event HKCALA must cancel or postpone a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

HKCALA 不對因此產生的任何額外費用負責。HKCALA is not liable for any additional costs incurred by candidates.

9. 惡劣天氣安排 Adverse Weather Conditions

COPE 將於惡劣天氣下如常舉行。COPE will be held as scheduled under adverse weather conditions.

10. 成績證書及郵寄 Certificates and Delivery

證書一般於成績公布後 8 週內以掛號或順豐寄出。Certificates are normally dispatched within 8 weeks after results are released.

寄出後會以電郵通知考生。Candidates will be notified once the certificate has been sent.

11. 成績通知 Results Notification

成績將於考試後 2–4 週以電郵發出。Results will be delivered by email within 2–4 weeks after the examination.

12. 錄影錄音及研究用途同意 Recording and Research Consent

整個 COPE 考試過程會進行錄影及錄音。Video and audio recordings will be made throughout the entire COPE examination.

資料僅用於質素監控、考官培訓及 HKCALA 監督下的學術研究。These recordings are used solely for quality assurance, examiner training, and academic research under HKCALA.

所有資料僅限授權人員查閱，不會外泄、出售或公開。All materials will be securely stored, accessible only to authorized personnel, and will not be released, sold, or made public.

資料將保留最多五年。All data will be retained for up to five years.

報考 COPE 即表示同意上述錄影安排及資料用途。Participation constitutes consent to this recording arrangement and internal academic use.

13. 考生聲明及同意 Candidate Declaration and Consent

提交申請即表示本人聲明：By submitting this application, I hereby declare that:

本人已閱讀、明白並接受所有 COPE 考試條款及細則；I have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions governing COPE entry.

本人承諾不會洩露任何考試內容，否則資格可能被取消，HKCALA 保留法律追究權利；I undertake not to disclose any examination content; otherwise, my candidacy may be disqualified and HKCALA reserves the right to pursue legal action.

本人明白不得舉辦任何與 COPE 相關之課程；I understand that I am not permitted to organize or deliver any COPE-related courses.

本人同意 HKCALA 就考試過程進行錄影錄音並作上述研究用途。I consent to the recording of my examination performance and its internal research use as described above.
